I use a simple ´empty your self´ technique, where you will be free from other energies that does not belong to you. I call it the Zero State.

Why leading to a zero state?

Its to emptying your mind and body. So your soul can do her/his work in it natural way, to connect with the right spiritual line to God.

To choose your own path you need to go back to basic. Where there is no time, no rules, no jugement, no expectations…. just nothing.

Only you!! So you only listen to your inner feeling and focus on the path that is given to you.

In my healing sessions. I will let you go through your path or put you on your path. So you can walk alone from zero and build up your life how you want.  

And connect you with your god or higher spirit.
